Low Pressure Casting

The low pressure casting is one type of permanent mold casting. The mold is made from iron, steel, reign sand or shell, and installed on a sealed furnace containing molten metal. Pouring pressure and speed is adjustable, so it is suitable for different casting shapes. The low pressure casting procedure is very suitable for the production of high quality aluminum wheels sold to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) market and for the automotive aftermarket.
The low pressure casting parts thickness can meet 2mm to 3.5mm, and metal utilization rate up to 80%. It has the advantages of improved working conditions, mechanization, automation, and high production efficiency.
